Yes, all cameras come with a 12-month Australian warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal use. You can return any faulty unit to us in Sydney, NSW, and we’ll replace it at no cost under Australian Consumer Law— no need to send it overseas.

Where are the cameras shipped from?
All cameras are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders are dispatched promptly, and delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Will Browning 4G cellular cameras work in Australia?
Yes, the cellular cameras are specially designed for the Australian market and they work perfectly. As the official distributor of Browning products in Australia, we sell licensed and certified cellular cameras that are guaranteed to work here.
Do I need my own SIM for cellular cameras to work?
You don’t need to insert your own SIM.the camera comes with a pre-activated data SIM set up for Australian 4G/LTE networks. It will automatically connect to the nearest Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone tower.
Just activate your subscription in the mobile app to start sending photos and videos.
How much is a Defender subscription to get the photos and videos?
Do you provide a tax invoice?
Yes, every order comes with a GST tax invoice, as we are an Australian GST-registered company officially authorised to resell Browning licensed products.
Can government agencies or universities purchase using a Purchase Order?

What’s the difference between Browning Spec Ops and Dark Ops?
Similarities:
- Both are motion-activated trail cameras with invisible/no-glow IR flash.
- Fast trigger speeds, good detection range, rugged outdoor design.
Key Differences:
- Spec Ops: Premium, balanced performance for day/night, longer battery life, slightly less stealth. Great for general hunting/game monitoring.
