Faulty Products

If you are experiencing issues with your product, please contact via contact
us page first for instant answers to frequently asked questions and product specific troubleshooting.

If we are unable to find an answer or solution to your issue and unable to fix it over the phone/email, you can return the items to us for a new replacement in accordance to the warranty regulation.

Please note that where Products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage or fault must be submitted us within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.

Once we received your claim, we will email you back with a RMA (Return Merchant Authorisation) number along with an instruction on where to send it back.

Once the RMA is issued (via email), you must return the camera within 7 days. 
If you are returning a camera to us, please return to us along with the RMA form filled out.
